How Can I Join or Reinstate my membership?​

There are three options for you to join or reinstate membership: Dues deduction, check or credit card. ​​​​​

• Dues Deduction: Membership Special Form 2024-2025. Complete form by typing in your data. Complete Automatic Dues Deduction section. Then email or mail the form to the MRSPA office.  Do NOT send a check.  Be sure to SIGN this completed form. (Best Method)​

• Pay by Check: Membership Special Form 2024-2025. Complete the form online by typing in your data then print and sign the form. If you prefer to fill out the form by hand you can print it out here then complete and sign it. Either way, be sure to mark the "check" box on the form. Mail the completed form, with your check, to the address at the bottom of the form.

• Pay with Credit Card via:

  • The STRIPE payment system. You should get "Processing" when you hit the submit button in STRIPE. Wait several minutes for this to happen. If you're waiting too long, you can always call us to see if it worked.  Usually we get the payment notice within minutes and we can check your response.  Please do not resubmit. You will most likely pay 2 or more times and we will have to refund your extra payments.​

  • PayPal: Use your Credit/Debit Card and the online form (with instructions) You will need to scroll to the bottom of the join-renew page on the MRSPA website. YOU DO NOT NEED to have a Pay Pal account to pay with a credit/debit card; MRSPA uses PayPal to process all credit/debit card payments. After completing your information on the form, click Submit. Again, the form and instructions (below the form) are at the bottom of the MRSPA join-renew page. ​

Already a member? Recently renewed? Why not Switch and Save with automatic Dues Deduction next year? Complete the form online, print, sign and mail to the MRSPA Office.  Switching to dues deduction will save you $10 with a one-time reduction in state dues. You can also email the signed form to mrspa@mrspa.org.

Membership dues are only $60. That's just $5 per month, payable annually. $50 for the state association and $10 for local dues. Members paying by check or credit/debit card will receive an annual billing in June. ​Billing notices can be sent by hard copy or by email. Members who use dues deduction have their dues paid from their July pension check each year.  Dues deduction members will not receive an annual bill.  Just set it and forget it!
